Welcome!

The Buckhorn Area Quilters’ Guild is a welcoming community for quilters of all skill levels to learn, create, share, and connect.

Our members come from Buckhorn, Ennismore, Peterborough, Millbrook, Bobcaygeon, Apsley, Lakefield, and surrounding communities, bringing together a wide range of experience, styles, and quilting traditions.

Through monthly meetings, sew days, Stitch Wednesdays, workshops, and our biennial quilt show, we create opportunities for members to exchange ideas, build skills, find inspiration, and celebrate the art of quilting.

Monthly Meetings

We meet the last Wednesday of the month—September through June (no meeting in December).

Location: Lakehurst Community Centre, Lakehurst
Time: 9:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m.

Visitors are welcome to attend all meetings, with the exception of our June meeting. A drop-in fee applies.

Our monthly meetings typically feature speakers, trunk shows, demos, and other learning opportunities.

Annual membership is $50.

Stitch Wednesdays

Join us on the first, second, and third Wednesday of each month, year-round. Bring your handwork project and enjoy a relaxed morning of stitching, sharing, and connecting with other quilters.

All are welcome—members and non-members alike.
